Short Term Plans/Competition March-December

• Establish a roster consisting of 14-16 players.
• Develop and maintain individual technical skills.
• Compete in the tentatively scheduled tournaments:
• Santa Barbara Spring Cup
• La Rampage
• Eagles Classic
• Condors Classic
• SLO North vs South
• Santa Barbara Summer Cup
• Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup  
• Participate in the Central Coast Soccer League U-11 division

Player Commitment

• Twice a week practices – Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Player must attend both practices and games.
• Players can participate in other sports, but Condors supersedes all other athletics. (Academic and family commitments will be considered.)

 Parent Financial Commitment
A start up fee will be collected to cover administrative costs and uniforms.

• Fees will be collected on a monthly basis. These fees will cover tournaments, coaching equipment, training, and administrative costs associated with club soccer. (NOTE:  Fund raising will off set monthly fees as appropriate.)

Training

• Training sessions initially will be run by coaching staff.
• Goalie training will be provided as available.
