Short Term Plans/Competition March-December
- Establish a roster consisting of 14-15 goal oriented players.
- Develop and maintain individual technical skills.
- Compete in the tentatively scheduled tournaments:
- Madrid Cup
- Santa Barbara Spring Cup
- La Rampage
- Eagles Classic
- Condors Classic
- SLO North vs South
- Santa Barbara Summer Cup
- Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup
- Participate in the Central Coast Soccer League U-14 division
Estimated Level of Competitiveness
Bronze (We are a new Team)
Evaluate progress and determine if we will upgrade to the silver level.
Player Commitment
- Twice a week practices – Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Once a week cross training- Wednesdays.
- Player must attend both practices, cross training, and games.
- Players can participate in other sports, but Condors supercedes all other athletics. (Academic and family commitments will be considered.)
- Parent Financial Commitment
A start up fee will be collected to cover administrative costs.
- Fees will be collected on a monthly basis. These fees will cover tournaments, coaching equipment, training, and administrative costs associated with club soccer. ( NOTE: Fund raising will off set monthly fees.)
- Paid trainers will be utilized for specific technical and tactical training.
Training
- Training sessions initially will be run by coaching staff.
- Goalie training will be provided on a weekly basis.
- Mini camps will be coordinated in the summer.
Coach Experience
- E License Certification
- AYSO All-star and recreational coach 7 years
- Club Soccer 4 years head coach.
What This Team Offers
This team will offer a consistent and high level of training. Our goal is to develop players to their highest ability while maximizing their potential in order to create a club soccer team that is not only locally competitive but also competitive in other regions.
