All players must provide a COMPLETED and SIGNED LIABILITY WAIVER (a PARENT must sign it) and a REGISTRATION FORM before you can try-out. (Forms are also available at the fields).

• Condors are offering tryouts for the following age groups:
  Girls age U10 up to U16
  Boys age U10 up to U16
  (Please refer to Age Matrix below to determine your players age bracket)
  
  
• GU15 and BU16 will only be at Tally Fields Sat. 3/27/10 with additional tryout dates following State Cup competition in May.
  
  
• We encourage players to plan to attend every tryout date.
  
  
• Parking will be limited at Tally Fields, please consider carpooling. Click here for directions.
  
  
• All coaches will notify each player within 72 hours of the completion of tryouts,
  of how they did and if they made the team or not.
