Short-Term Plan (2008)
- Participate in Condors Open Try-outs; establish a team roster of 11 or 12 players.
- Encourage players to participate in the 2008 AYSO season.
- Participate in the 2008 Central Coast Soccer League - Boys Under 10 Division.
Mid-Term Plan (2009)
- Participate in Condors Open Try-outs; increase the roster size to meet the requirements of a Boys Under 11 team competing in the 2009 Central Coast Soccer League season.
- Encourage players to make Condors their primary recreational program.
Competition Level
- The initial team focus will be the development of players focusing on fundamentals as well as increasing their physical abilities.
Player Commitment
- Players will be encouraged to make the Condors their first priority in recreational activities. However, for 2008, players will also be encouraged to play their second year as U10’s in AYSO.
Financial
- Monthly fees will be structured to cover all costs associated with the administration of the team. This includes player registration, fields, training equipment, tournament fees, referee fees, specialty trainers, etc.
- Coaches will not be paid.
- Fundraising will be considered to offset team fees.
Training
- The coaching staff will lead the training events for the team, occasionally utilizing paid trainers for specific purposes.
- The 2008 training schedule will be adjusted to accommodate players participating in both Condors and AYSO.
Coach Experience
- USSF “E” License
- NASPE-accredited AYSO Intermediate (U14) Certification
- NASPE-accredited AYSO Regional Referee (U12) Certification
- AYSO All-star Coach 2 years
