Plans for the 2008-2009 Season:

• Establish a roster of 15-16 hard-working and committed players
• Elevate level of play through technical, speed, and strength training
• Play in at least 6 of the following tournaments:
  • Champions For Children
  • Eagles Classic
  • Condors Fun in the Sun
  • Pegasus Cup
  • Slammers Futbol Classic
  • Albion Showcase
  • SLO North Vs. South
  • Santa Barbara Summer Cup
  • NHB Cup
  • Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup (U15 only)
    
    
• Compete in the Central Coast Soccer League
• Participate in the Cal-South State Cup Tournament (April 2009)

Player Commitment:

• Train twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday
• Additional scrimmages, friendly matches, and fitness sessions will be scheduled
• Commitment to Condors soccer needs to be right behind religion, family, and school

Parental Financial Commitment:

• Initial startup cost for uniforms and administrative costs
• Monthly dues will be collected to cover the cost of training, tournaments, equipment, and additional administrative costs
  * Team fundraising and sponsorship can offset costs, but it is the parents’ responsibility to coordinate and organize these efforts

Coach Experience:

• USSF “D” National License
• NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma
• 3 years experience as a club soccer head coach

Team Outlook:

This team offers a high level of training and can expect to elevate their individual skills as well as develop a greater knowledge of the game in order to continue playing at an advanced and competitive level.
